Account Deletion Request

WasteScan account deletion is permanent. When you delete your account, we will:

  • Delete your account and all associated personal data
  • Delete all uploaded scan images and analysis results
  • Remove your account from our database within 30 days
  • Purge backups within 30 days of deletion

Note: Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax records, legal holds). We will comply with all applicable regulations.

What Happens Next?

  1. Confirmation Email: You will receive an email confirmation at the provided address
  2. Processing: Your account deletion will be processed within 30 days
  3. Data Removal: All personal data, images, and analysis results will be deleted
  4. Backup Purge: Backups will be removed within 30 days of primary deletion
  5. Final Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete
